We are at a turning point in history, for years we have heard the statement that the “Feminine is rising”, and in truth She is HERE and if we are being honest She is PISSED!
Every day we wake up to see how men with power and wealth are further destroying the world, hurting the most vulnerable, inciting fear and stripped women of our rights. It is exhausting. The Feminine would NEVER lead in this way. The things that we have been told and taught are leadership are just patraichy controlling , oppressing, and extracting in any and every way that it can. Which is why the idea of “leadership” at least how we have been taught falls flat for you.
You are reading this page because you know that you are here to lead in a completely different way. In a way that honors your body, your intuition, and your pleasure. You are here to lead in a way that takes everyone around you higher without sacrificing your nervous system or becoming some over giving martyr.
I know that you have already tried the old white guy form of leadership. You have been at this for long enough that you have taken what the patriarchy has told you is the blueprint for power and success and you realized that not only does it not work it burns you out and kills you from the inside out.
You have been building a life where the Feminine leads……your TRUE Feminine. Not the trad wife alt right pipeline version that requires you to surrender your autonomy and submit to men. But your TRUE Sovereign Feminine the one who leans into Her body, pleasure, intuition and desires.

The truth about the Feminine, and more specifically Feminine Leadership is there is no rigid hierarchy, it is a circle, a counsel, a community. Which is exactly why I wanted to host this incredible event!
Over the past few years it has felt like many big names and leaders in the online personal and spiritual development space have come out as MAGA or have supported politics taht are racist, misogynistic, and harmful to minorities. I know I have gone through lots of grief in feel like I was alone on an island in my politics - which let’s be honest this goes beyond politics and is about morality at this point.
So I wanted to gather women who were not only aligned politically (aka were anti trump, anti maga, anti ice) but were also using their voice, their platforms, their leadership to SPEAK OUT against what has been happening here in the US and abroad because let us be clear:
BEING A WOMAN IN BUSINESS IS POLITICAL
So this event while not specifically about politics, is about politics because as women who are here to lead, who are here to use our voices to create wealth politics can not be seperated from our work.

I’m Lauren Joyce, Founder of The Magnetic Woman and the host for this incredible event! I have spent the past almost 15 years being steeped in the Feminine, learning, embodying, teaching and more. I grew up as the quintessential good girl, I went through 10 years of Catholic School and internalized the patriarchal and religious conditioning around what it meant to be a “good girl” and then “good woman” .
It wasn’t until my father died when I was 25 and I was propelled on a self development journey which started with learning from Regena Thomashauer. I had never heard of the Feminine before and once I did it was like my dehydrated soul finally took a drink of water. I became OBSESSED learning everything that I could about the Feminine. Which of course meant confronting my religious conditioning. The more I wanted to learn into pleasure, the more I had to unpack purity culture, religious guilt and shame around my body, sensuality and desire.
This also sent me on deconstruction journey which led me to become a Magdalene Priestess, and reconnecting to the Sacred Feminine through ancestral work.
Over the past few years my focus has been on decentering men, and deconditioning the patriarchy and stepping into Feminine Leadership and helping women reclaim their true and Sovereign Feminine (not the trad wife bs) through pleasure.
Which is why I wanted to gather the most amazing women that I know and curate a community of Embodied Feminine Leaders.

This is a FREE event
This event will take place over 7 days March 20th -27th. We will kick off the event on March 20th with a LIVE Spring Equinox Ritual, and we will end with a closing ritual on March 27th.
Each of the Leaders has contributed a piece of pre-recorded content that you will have unlimited access to for 7 days.
Over the course of the 7 days we will also be meeting inside of the virtual group: The Magnetic Woman Society. To connect, to digest, and to further the conversations.
Over the course of the week there will be 4 Live Salons! These are panel type discussions with some of the Leaders.
