When you hear the phrase “self-centered,” what emotions or judgments immediately rise up? Where do you think those came from?
Who taught you that being “selfless” was the highest virtue? How has that belief shaped the way you’ve lived, loved, and led?
Where in your life have you abandoned your own needs, desires, or truth in order to be “good,” accepted, or chosen?
If your pleasure, power, and truth were no longer negotiable, how would your daily life change?
Where have you been giving away your time, energy, or magic in ways that leave you depleted? What would it look like to reclaim that energy?
What parts of yourself have you silenced, hidden, or rejected in order to be liked, loved, or approved of? What would it feel like to bring them back to the center?

When you think of the “Good Girl” version of yourself, what rules does she live by? Where did she learn those rules?
What did you have to suppress (your voice, body, sexuality, anger, desires) in order to be seen as “good” in your family, church, or community?
Where in your body do you still feel guilt or shame for wanting more? (More pleasure, money, sex, freedom, power). Describe it.
How has religion or patriarchy defined what it means to be a “good woman”? Which of those definitions no longer belong to you?
Where are you still seeking permission, approval, or validation—from men, family, or authority—to live how you actually want?
If you stopped trying to be chosen, approved of, or “good”—and chose yourself—what would radically change in your life?

If no one would be mad, upset or get hurt what do you desire? If you knew that everything would work out what would you desire?
What would your appetite look like (for life) if you knew you would have whatever you wanted?! What would you ask for? What would you demand?
You are the Creatrix of your life, think of yourself as the Goddess creating a universe - what rules would you want your universe to be governed by?
If you knew you were going to get every one of your desires - how would you let pleasure and turn on lead in your life?
