Hey Gorgeous!

I am at a loss today, I am enraged, I am full of grief, I am feeling it all, and feeling ti deeply!

I know that I am not alone in this anger and grief. I also know that I am not alone in knowing that NOW IS THE TIME, more than ever for women to be connected to their power.

And yet, before we move, take action, fight back…..we have to go with in, process, and move this anger and rage so that it can FUEL us in our actions.

I know many of us are feeling this, and feeling it alone or with a few friends. I am creating a space to let it all out, let it all go….

Bring the rage, the blood, the messy, the fear, the overwhelm, bring it is.

It is sacred, it needs to be felt, and it is powerful.

We will be moving the emotions and we will be doing breathwork.
